Summary

Communication is adopted by us to do with that information is transmitted to others, so that they understand what we mean and that no doubt is created during this process.

Several elements make up the communication and, along with some other factors, can positively or negatively influence the communication process; facilitate or hinder the understanding of information.

O Project Management Institute (PMI) adopts certain practices when it comes to communication in project management and some actions should be individual to ensure that information is properly understood by all involved.

A model of effective communication is proposed in this study, According to the studies on the influence undergone by the communication, to improve the process of communication and understanding in environment projects.
