The Universe in a Nutshell – Stephen Hawking

Read another book and this time a much more technical than I'm used to reading. Not that I dislike, quite the contrary, love, but that is usually read about fantastic fiction and books on these subjects; theory of black hole, theory of relativity Einstein, (E = MC ^ 2), string theory and, to my surprise, the new theory of branes and p-branes, are not very accepted by people “normal”. :)

As I, these are matters for you to read while traveling by bus to work, because they are super simple matters that are in everyday life of any… :) Jokes aside, eu li no ônibus sim…

I would say that this book, The Universe in a Nutshell, is a continuation of the book A New History of Time, but more illustrations, that help to better understand the theories, even superficially, since these theories are very complex and, furthermore, presents new theories more mature that was not mentioned in the earlier book (A New History of Time), also written by Stephen Hawking. Addition of string theory and M-theory, would be the addition of the five string theories, and perhaps all theory, also talks about the possibility / impossibility of travel and travel to the future to the past.

For the curious, I recommend reading, it shows that there are still many things to be understood, studied and findings, inside and outside the Earth, that our limited thinking lead us to prefer less complex solutions and more acceptable…

I love these readings… Make me reflect… We are a nothing in the middle of everything, looking for an answer to top, inventing shortest paths to make us more complete. We could only become more complex…
