ABSTRACT

The Information Technology (TI) is increasingly required and plays a key role in supporting the information society. Quality models and management activities needed to address the development of care processes to IT services, but what better way to structure the department of Information Technology to meet the growing demands of efficiency and effectiveness of organizations?

This study analyzes the models of organization departments and proposes a framework that can be used by companies as a basis, presenting an action plan for the design of structural reorganization.

ABSTRACT

The Information Technology (IT) is increasingly required and has key role in supporting the information society. The models of quality and management activities necessary to address the development of processes of care services for IT, but how best to structure the Department of Information Technology to meet the increasing demands of efficiency and effectiveness of organizations?

This study examines the patterns of organization of departments and proposes a structure that can be used by companies as a base by presenting an action plan for the design of structural adjustment.
