Yes, read another book and why not? :) Moreover, the post is delayed. I'm on the second reading of the book then ...
For those who are close to me know that I am already preparing to become a project manager for a long time. I started with a post on Project Management Software at PUC-Rio, I did the prep course for PMP certification in ProjectLab and am currently studying to take the test yourself and take the long awaited certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
This book Rita Mulcahy was the basis for the studies of the course of ProjectLab, along with the PMBOK Guide 3rd Edition and class foundations in project management. The course ended but studies have not. I continued my studies and I am today.
The powder was not cheap, the preparatory course much less, the evidence did not. Take to get passar logo!
Good night Bruno,
The RJN launched a Simulated PMP which also includes several games of memorization..
Can you see a demo here: http://www.rjn.com.br/simulado_pmp.php
I think it's worth it..
