I feel like a chef, despite not knowing make or rice, but this recipe Bullet topper my mom very worthwhile to be disclosed!
About one day we proved that bullet, say the bullet coconut original, one with coconut flavor and even those made only of sugar that are distributed by the worst buffets children's parties, knows that is simply sensational!!!
Following is the recipe. But I warn you now: the bullet takes work and you need to have a very good physical condition and resistance to 1st degree burns!
Jokes aside, follows the prescription:
BALA COCONUT
Before anything, Grease the marble, a kitchen scissors and leave a pot / tablet butter to grease your hands when pulling the dough.
Ingredients:
- A glass of Coconut Milk (200ml)
- 1 kg sugar (Union)
- 200ml of purified water (one can use the glass of coconut milk)
- A tablespoon of vinegar Alcohol
How to Prepare:
Mix everything in a plastic container or glass until the sugar dissolve well. Place half of this mixture into a medium saucepan thick aluminum and please do not change.
Leave on high heat until boiling. After, lower the heat and wait to the point.
Point: When starting to change color. After approximately 10 minutes.
By giving the point, remove immediately from heat and slowly throw in a greased marble. Wait 1 minute and start working the dough.
Grease your hands. Fold one side of the dough to the middle. Fold the other side over the fold. Grab with both hands, always pulling, stretching like gum.
Never embole mass.
Pull until white.
Everything has to be fast. The mass can not cool much.
Divide into three parts and stretch, making rolls width you want, and start cutting quickly before the dough hardens.
Place the candies in a glass bowl and wait approximately 24 hours to get good bullet. After bagging.
Now you can do the same steps with the other half of the mixture.
