I am outraged, I bought a refrigerator in the shop fast day 07/07/2008 payment at sight, I sent an email to the SAC on the same day, To try to speed up delivery. And they did not answer me.

I was even more indignant, because I sent an email the day 07/07/2008 and sent me an automated response that they would move to the department responsible. Imagine how long it would take to not return the money? It is. I searched the internet and found the site www.reclameaqui.com.br they have several complaints similar to mine people who bought in June and have not received the goods. I made a complaint on the site 15/07/2008 and they gave the same answer SAC, they would go to the department responsible. I called yesterday at SAC and attendant informed me that there was 16 items and would be scheduling my delivery for today (17/07/2008). I called today and another clerk said that my order was canceled, because from the time the claim is made on site, is canceled. I asked her if she had canceled the other 150 people who were complaining, and she could not answer. I told her that they did not cancel my order the day 14/07/2008 when I spoke to the clerk and she was directly saying that it was impossible to make a withdrawal without having sent the email to the SAC. So here I am wondering how this is possible? They do not have the goods and want to cancel and now are inventing rules that never existed. Told clerk that I wanted my money on time and not in 3, no 7 and much less 10 days. She said that would not be possible. I told her that if she did not return in 2 hours, would print all the complaints, my order, Payment and including the claim I made in Procon and would at Fast Shop nearest, which is at the Mall, and would talk to all their client and so here I am writing this appeal to you to pass on the service this site (www.fastshop.com.br).

It was my first purchase at this store, they announced one mto good price, so I decided to research and bet. It was an excellent buy, procuto intact and respecting the delivery time. The apparatus has received no external signs of damage, in 1º September. As it was necessary to test ride it, I signed the receipt of the same in order to release and not delay the delivery personnel. But after riding it, he did not call.
