How often have you needed an envelope for CD and DVD and failed to fix the time!?
You end up picking a bag any, wraps the CD or DVD inside and out taking anyway. It is, this also happened to me, but both stay in the hand, I stopped a little to get a solution and ended up inventing Envelope for CD and DVD domesticated below:
Material: 1 A4 sheet of paper
Below is a step-by-step to get the cover above:

2Step #: Good 1
*Note that the folded ends just above the center hole of the CD. This is very important.
3Step #: Good 2 – And good 1
4Step #: Fold Sides
5Step #: Good on Bico
6Step #: Snap righty
