We often need to partition the HD micro and always think about how to do this. Or urge the Partition Magic (what does not work in Vista), or give the boot to the OS installation CD and partitioned the HD (unfortunately losing data) or else make other unorthodox paths to this goal.
Behold, browsing through my feeds Netvibes, found the post GParted: a great option for partition editor, writing by Mark A.T. Silva, Giving great tip for a free program for this purpose, the GParted. In his post you can check out the full tip. It's worth reading.
The coolest thing is the tip of the LiveCD, a CD or USB 90MB, com boot, where you can run GParted independent Operating System installed on the machine. This program works with all types of Windows partitions, Linus and other.
Again, congratulations to Mark for more this great tip! This goes to the favorites!
It's all right, Bruno?
Look, thanks for the quote. :)
A big hug!
