For anyone who uses the Google AdSense and disseminates advertisements on their websites or blogs, may one day come to pass through the same situation that my. I was more than 20 months with amounts withheld in my AdSense account with the status: EFT failed - enter and verify a new bank account. If you are going through the same situation, read my saga and try to run the same steps to fix this problem with your account.
What is EFT
First we have to understand what this term. EFT, translating into Portuguese, means Electronic Fund Transfer and that is, currently, the only method available in Brazil, company by Google, for the payment of funds earned through Google AdSense.
The normal process is to transfer the Google resources to an account located in the United States and that the receiving bank (intermediate) transfers these funds to your account here in Brazil.
This theory is very simple, but the process has several variables involved, if not strictly complied, cause problems and make the resources become “blocked” your account.
My Case
What happened to me was very strange but, summarizing, a very distant past, when they had reached the limit of gains (US$100.00), signed up an account with Citibank and received no money problems (already with the discounts offered by the bank). Thereafter, shut my Citibank account and changed the bank.
When I reached the minimum value again, signed up another account, another bank, and after that never managed to get the money. Today they 20 months since changed my banking information and message EFT failed - enter and verify a new bank account never left my account.
Changed several times during this period these banking information in Google AdSense account, great attention to the strange characters such as accent, degree symbol and others who appear in names and addresses here in Brazil. Made these changes and waiting a couple months to see if it worked. Not working…
Searching very, found several tips from people on the Internet indicating the Bank for Income open an account specific to the receipt of AdSense earnings. I contacted the bank via e-mail, I opened the account, I sent the required documents, did everything right, all over the Internet and, again, changed data from the bank account in AdSense. A few more months passed and the message Red “Falha na EFT” in the administration area AdSense has not disappeared.
Much time has passed and I was already thinking that the problem was personal and no longer with the bank account details. I was determined to solve the problem, now that my account had accumulated just over U $ 500.00 and, for this little, humble and unassuming blog, is a considerable amount.

Despite failing to solve my problem on this page, I suggest that you first try the solutions listed there. It is very interesting, as she guides you through a set of questions and answers until you get right at the point where the problem is happening and, depending on the problem, redirects you to contact forms or tips on how to solve them.
Unfortunately my case was not included in that page support. Continued determined and created the topic 20 months trying to get paid and can not, no Official forum AdSense, and received valuable guidance of employees but, unfortunately, also could not solve my case.
What did solve pra
Still very determined and after trying everything I had been instructed to do, after having searched for all forum and all support page, I saw that the only way to solve the problem was in direct contact with Google. As I thought the task of finding a support phone would be virtually impossible, ran behind some contact form or some e-mail so I could explain my problem and get a return with the solution.
After much rummaging on the Internet, finally found the email support Google!!! Do not even know if I could disseminate this email, but the result was so satisfactory that would be very happy if you also solve your problem through it.

After telling my whole case by e-mail directly to Google, see below the message I received in response:
Good day,Please be advised that you had a hold due to a payment that was reversed, this retention does not automatically exits, why we ask you to contact us so we can remove. However, the restraint has been removed from your account, and now you are legible to receive payments.Remembering that our payment cycle begins on the day 15 of each month and the payment receives the publishers at the end of each month.Graciously,Equipe Adsense Google
This return was sent to me in less than 24 hours of my first contact and, amazingly, finally the message EFT failed - enter and verify a new bank account disappeared from my account!
Thanks to Google support the ability to quickly meet my request.
Now the message is gone, I will look for another pay cycle to see if the money finally fall into my account.

The payment was done smoothly. I had U.S. $ 503.11 in your AdSense account and the payment was issued on 24/04/2013. On 26/04/2013 the amount of R $ 952.77 was already in my account.
Following the rule of Bank Performance, they get U.S. $ 15.00 per transaction and convert the rest to Real (R$) using the exchange rate them. In my case, then received U.S. $ 488.11 to the dollar at R $ 1.95. The bom Naw?

You are totally correct. One must change the [at] Hair arroba symbol “@” in email.
I did it on purpose. In English the at sign has the meaning of “at”, which is an indicative preposition of place.
When we write an email to adsense-support type [at] google.com, we are indicating that we want to deliver the mail in the box adsense-support [in] google.com, in other words, e-mail server box located on google.com.
Furthermore, not advise never to put a full e-mail articles on the Internet, because robots can find it and add it to spam lists.

Hello, It happened on the next google adsense. I put all my bank account information to receive electronic payment. I put the savings account, I had only just put the account number (without putting the number of the agency or the number of operations in the case of savings that is 013) so I sent! Here in Brazil, Google send PIN verification code only if you accumulate $100.00 or more in your account.
With PIN on hands, you put it on your Google AdSense Account and then set up your bank account.

As I recall, is not necessary to inform the voter to receive payment from Google AdSense.
Make sure your name entered in AdSense is exactly the same as registered in your bank account.
Also check the database information. Check data with your account manager.

Unfortunately the only e-mail contact with Google I have is one that was made available on the blog (adsense-support[at]google.com). As told in the post, was through this e-mail that could solve my problem.
They may take a while to respond. Wait a few days and, if nothing happens, send another email explaining the problem again.

Never worked with Bradesco, but once I received the payment by Santander and, at the time, I received a letter stating that the bank had a payment from abroad to my account and it should appear in an agency to authorize the deposit.
This may be your case. Go to a branch of Bradesco and explain the situation.
